[mrtg] cisco switch monitoring

About 3 weeks ago someone had posted a request for a special config
that would work on cisco catalyst switches (i.e. get all of the 
interfaces correct).  I never saw a response or missed the response
to that question.  

Could someone please post the answer to that request if there was one.
