[mrtg] summary: problems monitoring squid

The problem was the perhour option. Mrtg devides the values by 3600,
usedfiles 1700/3600 ==> 0. So removing the perhour option gives the
right graphs.
This works:
Target[sun2.6]:
cacheCurrentUnusedFileDescrCount&cacheCurrentReservedFileDescrCount:public at sun2:3401
MaxBytes[sun2.6]: 1024
