You can subsctract. This is an exact Target line from my cfg file:
Target[_mtlpbx01.SWAP1]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.3.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.3.0:public at 172.18.224.169 -
1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.4.0:public at 172.18.224.169

As the result graph 1 equals OID1 - OID3, and graph 2 equals OID2 - OID4
