[mrtg] HELP with SNMP?!

Do let me know if you're confuse with my qiestion.

example 
How would I monitor 'ethernet0','atm2/0', and
'atm2/0.110' and draw a graph of it using mrtg
(INPUT AND OUTPUT rate every 5 minute)???
Can you show me how to do SNMP with the information
below (or any automated fetching method)?
I would really appreciate this help.
