[mrtg] graphs just go up and up.

I'm using mrtg and squid with snmp activated to monitor proxy
activity. I believe there is something funny going on though. The 
graphs *never* go down.. just up and up, and when there's no
activity the graph stays horizontal. FYI I'm using the mrtg.cfg available
on the squid snmp website. Any ideas?
