You seem to have missed off the leading . on the OIDs.

Try:

Target[8210_mss]: .1.3.6.1.4.1.353.5.3.1.1.4.1.6&.1.3.6.1.4.1.353.5.3.1.1.
4.1.5:community at 8210_mss

possibly the snmpwalker doesn't like the fully qualified OID
(1.3.6.1...) since it said something about sysUptime and sysName. Try
quoting the OIDs only from the mib-2 branch on down, omitting the first
few numbers.
