Frank,
	That's rough.  I would have to agree with the byte for bit 
swapping.  If they don't show you what you're being charged for then 
they can't bill you.  I'm sure that's spelled out legally somewhere. 
I just don't know where exactly to look.  Call your local Better 
Business Bureau and ask.  Good luck!
