Usually for anything regarding Frame Relay and DLCIs you have to specify
port and DLCI number on the end of the OID. Hence if you wanted to get
FECNs from DLCI 30 on port 5 of some device the OID would read

1.3.6.1.2.1.10.32.2.1.4.5.30
