another thing, find out if there was any router changes, like new subnets ,
maybe they added NAT, change the Web Server IP address. I would get in
contact with the WAN people who takes care of the router and see if they
change anything to cause this problem and never ask anyone if they were
running any type of programes, it might of got overlooked some how. It
happens trust me it does.
