MRTG tries to read the statistics for instance 11.  I assume cfgmaker
found this entry, so it should be included in the MIB.

Try fetching these values using snmpget/snmpwalk to see what fails:

ifInOctets:  snmpwalk <router> <community string> .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2
ifOutOctets: snmpwalk <router> <community string> .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2
sysUptime:   snmpget  <router> <community string> .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
sysName:     snmpget  <router> <community string> .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0
ifDescr:     snmpwalk <router> <community string> .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2

Suppose only ifInOctets and ifOutOctets work, not ifDescr, you may be
able to fetch the values using a script.
