[mrtg] config file

Hi,

Can any one help?

I have installed MRTG on Linux Redhat 6.1, and I have start the SNMP daemon 
(with the orginal configuration). I get this error  when I type: cfgmaker 
public at 194.xxx.xxx.xx (xxx being the IP address of the router). Can any one 
help?

[admin at jupiter run]# ./cfgmaker public at 194.216.112.1 >>test.cfg

SNMP Error:
receiving response PDU: Connection refused
SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "194.xxx.xxx.x" [xxx.xxx.xxx.x].161
                  community: "public"

SNMPGET Problem for sysDescr sysContact sysName sysLocation ifNumber 
sysObjectID on public at 194.xxx.xxx.x
