[mrtg] monitoring websites

Hello everyone, I have just joined the ranks of MRTG users.  I am wondering if there is a way to get a break down of bandwidth based on individual websites?  I am using a Netopia Farallon Router as my gateway for about 15 websites.  I appreciate any input that might be given me.
