I tried to use the WithPeak[_]ymwd, but it does not show up on the 5 minute
graph. Only the week month and year. Also I have RunAasDaemon:Yes and
Intervel:5 , but when I run the kickmtrg.bat it does not show what the other
colors mean. Did I do the with peak right?

Right, the data to generate the graphs is averaged, not graphically sqeezed.
If you want to see the peaks, use the WithPeaks option (it adds two more
lines to the graph).
There is no way to just average certain times with MRTG. There may be with
RRDTool, but I'm not familiar enought with it to say.
Take a look in your docs for the Logfile-format.txt file, it explains how
the log files are built (and hence how the graphs are built).
