Seriously, AFAIK 56K is only available under laboratory conditions.
Therefore you may never actually reach this speed.

If you'd ever reach this speed, it should be 56K which is 56000 bits
per second.  To convert to bytes, divide by 8 and get 7000 bytes per
second.  Thus MaxBytes should be 7000.
