[mrtg] maybe a very silly question

Hi all:

Something very funny is happening in my server, I have Apache server, I have 
mrtg 2.8.12 running perfectly if i do it manually like typing:
c:\perl\bin\perl.exe c:\mrtg-2.8.12\run\mrtg c:\mrtg-2.8.12\run\mrtg.cfg. 
But when i try to set the at schedule, for every 5 minutes,  STOPS and never 
run again,  and if i try to do it manually at the same time that it suppose 
to be running the schedule, it tell me that  another mrtg is running and 
something about lockfile.

Does somebody Knows whats happening??
