Generally they are whatever the OID is counting.  In this case, its bytes
(or more correctly octets).

The first line is the last poll, unmodified.  The rest are the caculated
numbers or averages thereof.  Look for the Logfile-format.txt file in the
/docs directory of the standard MRTG distribution.
