[mrtg] bug in beta mrtg-2.9.0pre14?

when running cfgmaker like the following:

./cfgmaker -ifref=ip public at 10.10.12.145

the resulting cfg file has the "target" line with a "/" infront of the
ipaddress (interface number):

Target[10.10.12.145_10.10.12.145]: /10.10.12.145:public at 10.10.12.145

is this a bug? It seems to slow down running this through MRTG by a factor
of 12. =) It takes just a second to run mrtg when I run it witout the "/"
but takes like 12 seconds when I run MRTG with the "/".
