[mrtg] Multiple IPS in a RAS

Hello, I trying to monitoring individual users from every ISP who is using 
my RAS as public port, I could get the total tunnel sessions (OID: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.24.1.1.1.0) and the total active sessions (OID: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.24.1.1.2.0), I´m Using a Cisco 4500 and the MIB´s OID are: 
CISCO-VPDN-MGMT-MIB, if somebody know how to get the total tunnel active PER 
Tunnel and the Tunnel IP remote address, please let me know
