Today you sent me mail regarding [mrtg] Freshmeat:

I would certainly welcome this ... if you want to be active test
the prerelease software, write a sensible bug report, create a
patch, correct my spelling or 

or send a CD/DVD from my wishlist  ... but let me do the announing ...
