[mrtg] how to run mrtg with rrdtool

hi all

I'm in NT
Does rrdtool have to be place somewhere inside the mrtg directory?, because 
I have it separated like c:\rrdtool

and..

mrtg using rrdtool, is something like....?

c:\perl\bin\perl.exe c:\mrtg-2.8.12\run\mrtg c:\mrtg-2.8.12\run\mrtg.cfg
