The proper thing to do is to load the relevant MIB or
to fill in the appropriate text in "oid-mib-cache.txt"
in your WorkDir. The text would look like

  cacheServerRequests 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.10.0
  cacheServerErrors 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.11.0

and so on. The Squid MIB doesn't belong as a patch to snmp_util.

By the way, the MIB file for Squid shipped with version 2.3STABLE3
says

-- $Id: mib.txt,v 1.24.2.1 2000/03/24 17:35:58 wessels Exp $

which is a little newer than the one you're using.

Yes I know, but I had many troubles with this and putting the oids into
snmp_util seemed easier
I was using squid-mib $Id: mib.txt,v 1.21 1998/11/18 00:16:37 glenn Exp $
Perhaps this is old?
