[mrtg] Daemon stop/restart ???

Hi,
  I am running MRTG on an NT 4.0 workstation.
 If I use the option "RunAsDaemon" in .cfg file 
how can I STOP and RESTART the Daemon....? 
Is there any COMMAND to do that? 

Please let me know.
