Options[sometarget]: bits

(whitespace is important)

As with any options line: you can have global settings.
 -1-  Options[^]: bits
 -2-  Options[$]: bits
 -3-  Options[_]: bits

followed, somewhere else in the config, by:
      Options[sometarget]: growright

will result in a total options line of:
 -1-  Options[sometarget]: bits growright
 -2-  Options[sometarget]: growright bits
 -3-  Options[sometarget]: growright
