[mrtg] 14all.cgi

Hi, 
Would you please tell me how I should alter the install.cmd and 5mrtg.reg
files on the mrtg-2.9.4\contrib\nt-service folder...so the paths are
correct...(I am very lost here...by the way)...I have done everything else
except this last part..and also how do I create the graphs with the
14all.cgi file?? I have created the .rrd files in my C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg
folder but then what??? how do I run the 14all.cgi file??? Please help.
