I know there was a thread going a while back on how to calculate the
CPU load on a 3640; the answer on how to calculate the load on a 3640
was as follows...

"
Target[router_cpu]:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0:public at router
MaxBytes[router_cpu]: 100
Options[router_cpu]: growright, nopercent, gauge
Title[router_cpu]: Rtrvertis - CPU Usage
PageTop[router_cpu]:
Router - CPU Usage

Ylegend[router_cpu]: CPU Utilization
ShortLegend[router_cpu]: % CPU Utilization
WithPeak[router_cpu]: wmy
Unscaled[router_cpu]: dwmy
ThreshMaxI[router_cpu]: 70
ThreshProgI[router_cpu]: /home/mrtg/mrtg-2.8.6/run/thresholds
"

However, at this point I am experiencing the following....

bash-2.00$ snmpwalk brtr1-ie2.touhy public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58
enterprises.9.2.1.58.0 = 7

Works fine as well as getting 57; however, when I configure the above in
my mrtg.cfg file I get the following error

Received SNMP response with error code
  error status: noSuchName
    index 1 (OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10)
    SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "router" [10.1.1.1].161 community: "public"
    request ID: 948706269
    PDU bufsize: 8000 bytes
    timeout: 2s
    retries: 5
    backoff: 1)
        SNMPGET Problem for ifInOctets. ifOutOctets. sysUptime sysName on
public at brtr1-ie2.touhy
        SNMPGET: Failed to reach target:
"1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0:public at brtr1-ie2.touhy" .  I tried multiple times!

Obviously it doesn't work!

Any ideas, thoughts or input would be appreciated.

Thanks.
