Yup. For people like me. For years I knew about SNMP, but have just now
gotten into it. I think I was lucky to have stumbled across MRTG. I was
doing a search across the 'Net for a utility to monitor the T1 on my Cisco
router. I came across someone's MRTG page for their own routers. When I
followed the link at the bottom, it looks like I stepped into quite a big
new world... It's also been filled with stumbling blocks, but I've been
working through those. Still, it would be nice for someone to throw up a
Newbie's Tools page.

I just started evaluating these units and I'm looking to find out if anyone
else has and is graphing info? My dislike seems that there is no mib entry
for amount of data that passes a virtual server entry..

Anyone using these that would care to share their usefull oids?

Also. I know a lot of these exist, but I (and my company) are thinking of
putting up several sites for tools we use and want to spread the word about,
I was thinking of making it a little more for the novice side.. anyone
think there is even a need for this at all?
