[mrtg] newbie question

Hi all - 

I apologize in advance for hopefully a !duh! question.  I've downloaded and
installed perl & the mrtg-2.8.11 package - took the defaults for perl.  I
was able to create the mrtg.cfg file - no problem.  But, when i try to
execute the script, i receive the following message:


C:\>c:\perl\bin\perl c:\mrtg-2.8.11\run\mrtg c:\mrtg-2.8.11\run\mrtg.cfg
Missing right bracket at c:\mrtg-2.8.11\run\mrtg line 2203, at end of line
syntax error at c:\mrtg-2.8.11\run\mrtg line 2203, at EOF
Execution of c:\mrtg-2.8.11\run\mrtg aborted due to compilation errors.

The right bracket does appear to be there at line 2203.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
