[mrtg] monitoring dynamic ports, again

A while back someone suggested I use the following format for 
monitoring a specific device with a static but dynamic port.

Target[io-superp.com-cisco3660.clr]: /63.237.114.175:bobbit at 208.46.69.3

Well, unfortunately its not working for me at all.  I get this error:

Can anyone tell me why its not working?  It would be greatly 
appreciated.  thanks!
