It is just a label to address the file in which the data should be stored
(incl *.log, *.html, *.jpg)
It can be any reference you like e.g. CISCO or ROUTER or even ... an IP
address

Dear all,
   The following line is from the config file of the guide of mrtg to 
windows NT.

Target[10.10.10.1.2]: 24:public at 10.10.10.1

What is the .2 after the IP 10.10.10.1 ?? I know that the port is 24 , but 
what is the .2 ???
