[mrtg] GEtting history graphs

Is there a way to 're-create' a graph on a passed day?

Last Thrusday we had a system crash, purported due to memory and swap
space maxing to 100%, I would like to re-create the graph for that time
frame. 

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?
