[mrtg] Strange MRTG problem

I'm having a problem getting MRTG to collect statistics from my Cisco 2610
router. I set up MRTG as I have in the past, but it seems to not be able to
collect SNMP from the router. I have included the router version and SNMP
configs. The MRTG errors and the MRTG.CFG file. I'm running 2.8.9 and
activeperl 522. I had to add d:\mrtg-2.8.9\run\ to my path to make things
work. What in the world am I doing wrong?
