You didn't say what the problem is, but I'm going to guess that

> 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 * * * * /root/mrtg-2.8.11/mrtg /root/mrtg-2.8.11/mrtg.cfg

will work.

I would do

0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 * * * * /root/mrtg-2.8.11/mrtg /root/mrtg-2.
8.11/mrtg.cfg >> //root/mrtg-2.8.11/mrtg/mrtg.log 2>&1

(watch the line wraps, from 0,5 to cfg (for the first one) and from 0,5 to
&1 (in the case of the second one) is all one line.
