[mrtg] Re: Log files keep getting corrupted!

My first guess is that each 5-minute running is taking more that five
minutes, so the second execution is stepping on the first--and that was
common, it seems to me, in the eariler versions.

I fixed it by running mrtg from a script that test for the existience
of a "lock".  If the lock-file exists, exit. If it doesn't, create it,
run MRTG, and delete the lock file.

Not pretty, but it worked pretty well.
