[mrtg] Install Problems with MRTG & GD

I'm having a problem compiling MRTG-2.8.11.. is there any RPM's available 
that will ease the installation.. i have no idea what is going wrong here.. 
any help appreciated.

gd_1.23  - this wouldn't compile
