Hi noca,
This means that the line is not used for 100%, this means that it's OK.
The graph will go up if you use more of the bandwith.
If you do a copy of al large file you will, see.
Als if it's a Cisco you can check with SH INT <the one you want> and look at
the 5 min avaridge.
