[mrtg] installing on NT

wow!

the Windows NT guide to MRTG says:

"Now, this step is VERY important! Open the file c:\mrtg-2.8.12\mrtg in your
favorite word processor...

Problem

There is no such file found anywhere in this directory or subdirectories.

Has anybody ever seen this...

I would greatly appreciate your help
