[mrtg] The big conversion

I'm going to being converting from strictly a MRTG to MRTG underneath
RRD. There are essentially four different segments on my network on
which I have MRTG machines. I have setup a fifth machine with IIS and
links into the 4 monitoring system that will be running a centralized
web front end and RRD presentation. All systems involved are NT. I have
already setup RRD on my IIS system and will be setting up RRD on my
monitoring systems so that they can convert to storing data in RRD
format instead of log format. What I am facing is the conversion of a
little over a hundred MRTG graphs into the new format. I've read through
all the information I can find and believe I have a comfortable
understanding of how RRD works, but I'm a little shaky on really
understanding the conversion. I have been unsuccesful in getting log2rrd
to work right for me and I'm also wondering if there's a better solution
than using the 14all.cgi and am somewhat confused as to how that works. 

If anyone can offer any advice on where to look or conversion methods to
consider I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.
