[mrtg] OIDS not working correctly

I am trying to pull data from a Cisco 7513 so that I can see the individual traffic from a atm vc.
When trying to do this it does not appear to work correctly.  Below is my information.  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

snmpget -v1 <router> <community> .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.66.1.1.1.1.3.11.0.33  
enterprises.9.9.66.1.1.1.1.3.11.0.33 = 1699597260

As you can see this works.  But when trying to get any information using MRTG, I get the following
message:

SNMPGET: Failed to reach target: "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.66.1.1.1.1.4.11.0.33:public at router-gw". I tried
multiple times! public at router-gw


here is my configuration file:
