[mrtg] MRTG 2.9.0pre6b

Can someone tell me the reason for the following code in the new mrtg?  I'm
no perl guru, so I have no idea...

        if ($$rcfg{'legendo'}{$router} ne "") {
            print STDERR "\n$$cfg{'imagedir'}\n";
            print STDERR "\n$$cfg{'htmldir'}\n";

        }
    } else {
