[mrtg] Repost: NT Drive space OID not working

I am running MRTG on an NT 4.0 workstation, trying to read the volume space on
the same workstation using the SNMP OID created by perf2mib.exe and it is not
working. I could use some ideas, what am I doing wrong?

SNMPUTIL.exe is able to read it as show below:
