You can use MC2 also on Win-NT or whatever else OS you use.
All you need is to "unpack" the .gz (using winzip under nt for instance)
and compile the whole java stuff.
Is Java based also with minor changes it will work with every Web-Server.


Look at the homepage of MC2, there is a full describe on how to implement
it.
