[mrtg] as5300 problems

Trying to get stats on an as5300. I keep getting this when I test out the
configuration

/home/mrtg/run//rateup: Permission denied
Rateup ERROR: Can't open as5300.tmp for write

PROBLEM: rateup died from Signal 0
 with Exit Value 1 when doing router 'as5300'
 code was 256, retcode was . If this happens all the time,
 you should probably investigate the cause. :-)


Can not write as5300.html at /home/mrtg/run/mrtg line 1521.

I've checked permissions, and the user has full access to any directory that
mrtg might use.

Here is the config file:
