[mrtg] can not use the public community in mrtg

We have a public community name yx*u!re for our cisco routers (Company
standard). I have tried the verions mrtg-2.8.12 and mrtg-2.8.9,
however, it always gives me a error:

 bash: !re at 202.65.1.129: event not found
Can any one help ? 

I always do try "yx*u!re", but it is the same
