[mrtg] Re: can not use the public community in mrtg

You probably need to use the escape sequence \! (and possibly \* as well) 
so that the subshell (looks like bash) invoked by mrtg doesn't try to 
interpolate and substitute.

I've found, in the general case, that limiting community names to 
alphanumerics saves a lot of headaches.

I've also found it to be a bad idea to publish them in a public forum :)
