I have it set up on an NT machine running 2.8.12 (was also working on
2.8.9).  Here's a sample config file for you to take a look at:

Legend2[server_ping]: Minimum Round Trip Time in ms
Legend3[server_ping]: Maximal 5 Minute Maximum Round Trip Time in ms
Legend4[server_ping]: Maximal 5 Minute Minimum Round Trip Time in ms

Make sure you have the Win98 version of "ping" rather than the NT version.
That's what the perl script relies on I believe.

Gurus

Another silly question....but frustrating me still the same. I am trying to
use ping probe
from my mrtg/NT/2.8.3 box and having a little trouble. I used the .cfg's and
docos from
ftp://ftp.pwo.de/pub/pwo/mrtg/mrtg-ping-probe/ and I am getting empty
everthing

I know I am missing something but I cannot think what it is.

If there is anyone there who has successfully set this up on NT please let
me know
how you set the cfg to run ping
