[mrtg] MRTG / SNMP difficulties

Hi all,
I posted a rather lengthy question a couple of weeks ago, and got some help
back, but am still having problems.... Can anyone tell me if they have run
across something like this before, and if so, how it was corrected.

I have loaded SNMP and MRTG-2.8.12 on my NT box, and after modifying and
running the Microsoft Resource Kit perfm.bat utility such that it will
monitor various performance monitor items, I can no longer access my NT
server at all with MRTG, even running cfgmaker returns errors. I can however
run an snmputil get or walk using the files created above without any errors
or problems.

Here are the errors I get back:
Running a cfgmaker script
