first, thanks for the reply
I presume you are speaking of NT Service pack, as I am not aware of any SNMP
service packs.... Yes, I have re-applied SP6a, just did it again as a matter
of fact, and I am still getting the same errors.
Any other suggestions

did you re-install the service pack after running perfm.bat - the service
pack MUST be redone after perfm.bat is run
