[mrtg] fiveminute hack doesn't work in w2k....

hi, I installed mrtg, active perl and the fiveminute
hack in w2k server.  mrtg seems to work fine, but
only for a few hours, then it just stops.  I checked
to events in 'at.exe' and the calls for mrtgkick.bat
are there, but it only works for a few hours and then
stops.  Any ideas what this could be?
