[mrtg] can mrtg run as a service in w2k?

Since I am having problems running fiveminute.bat, I am trying to run the
config
file with the
RunAsDameon: Yes
line included.  This leaves a DOS window open all the time, and if I run it
in the startup folder, then it doesn't start till I actually log in.
Is there any way to run this as a service?
