1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.3.2.5.7.1.2= TotalCpuUsed
1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.3.2.5.7.1.3=TotalCpuIdle (same as 1.4 - 1.2)

 You should divide 1.2 by 1.4 to get % utilization
